This policy applies to consulting and app analytics services purchased directly from Server ControlPoint. Specific engagement terms in an accepted proposal take priority where they differ.
Before work starts
You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. A deposit is fully refundable when cancellation reaches us at least seven calendar days before that date. For later cancellations, we may retain the reasonable cost of reserved capacity and non-recoverable preparation, with the balance refunded.
After work starts
Completed workshops, audits, analysis, reports, and time already worked are non-refundable. If you cancel an engagement in progress, we calculate fees for completed work and committed third-party costs; any prepaid balance above that amount is refunded. Purchased data, specialist services, or materials approved for your engagement are non-refundable where we cannot recover their cost.
When a full or partial refund applies
A full refund is available if we cancel before providing work and cannot agree a suitable reschedule. If a material deliverable does not match the written scope, notify us within ten business days of delivery. We will first correct or replace it within a reasonable time. If we cannot, a fair partial or full refund applies to the affected deliverable.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Meetings and workshops may be rescheduled once without charge with at least two business days' notice. Shorter notice or non-attendance may be charged because the consulting time was reserved. We will waive this where reasonable for emergencies.
Process and timing
Email billing@server-controlpoint.digital with your name, company, proposal or invoice reference, reason, and relevant dates. We acknowledge requests within three business days and normally decide them within ten business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 10–15 business days; financial institutions may require additional time.
Exceptions
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Thai law. Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or client dependencies do not by themselves qualify for a refund. We do not offer refunds based solely on analytical findings being unexpected or not producing a desired commercial result.
